“I’ve always been surrounded by the oil industry. I was drawn to TCB because of my interest in how to improve best practices, efficiencies, and the challenges within the industry. 

“I’m motivated to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. I think the industry will evolve quickly over the coming years and TCB will develop and grow in response. We’ve got a great team.

“I’m originally from Estevan, Saskatchewan, and I came to Alberta in 2006, chasing the dream of being part of the Oilers Stanley Cup run. Unfortunately, as we all know, the dream did not come to fruition. But I stayed in Edmonton hoping that one day we’ll win.

“I love sports and they’ve taken me across the world, playing baseball in Australia, Italy, Austria, and all over North America. I still play baseball during the summer competitively in the Canadian over-35 league. The only thing that gets in the way of hockey and baseball is golf.

“I met Julie, my wife, when I moved to Alberta. And we have a  daughter, Harper, who loves sledding, swimming, and dance.”
